We provide specialized staffing requirements to meet specific training needs at a state-of-the-art training facility that provides instruction to operational technicians from all branches of the military. ACLC has recruited, retained, and managed certifications for all 52 positions without incident or interruption to work. Our performance on this contract demonstrates ACLC’s ability to recruit, retain, and train highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainers in a Special Operations Forces (SOF) training environment.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT & SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE

ADMINISTRATIVE, MANAGEMENT, AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

As prime contractor, ACLC provides Subject Matter Experts (SME) who deliver subject matter expertise, evaluation, and advising to the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) at Fort Benning, GA. ACLC also maintains all individual certifications and complies with and integrates all doctrine, mission goals, and objectives at the MCoE. Our performance on this contract demonstrates ACLC’s ability to recruit, retain, and train highly qualified SME evaluators and advisors in a military training and capability development/acquisition environment. These positions require specialized understanding not only of the capabilities for which they are the Army proponent, but also of the Joint Capabilities Integrations & Development System (JCIDS) process, a complex system of capability identification, budgeting, development, and implementation. As prime contractor, ACLC provides Subject Matter Experts (SME) who develop, staff, and make recommendations to the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Aviation Personnel Recovery Support Program Branch Chief on policy, procedures, and doctrine. Our personnel also provide guidance on the execution of the command Personnel Recovery and Military Operations Personnel Recovery programs. ACLC’s personnel are highly specialized SMEs with specific skill sets required to successfully complete their mission. ACLC was successful in transitioning the incumbent personnel, as desired by the customer. ACLC’s performance on this contract demonstrates our ability to recruit, retain, and train highly qualified SMEs evaluators and advisors in a military training environment.

COMPUTER FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES

As prime contractor, ACLC provides Information Technology Support Services for the U.S. Air Force. Our specialized staff meet specific administrative and security needs, managing all Information Technology support needs. This position is responsible for supporting users base-wide with personal data management. In addition, ACLC’s personnel deliver audio/visual support for high level briefings, establish and manage user accounts, monitor information system security programs, deliver core services, provide software application assistance, and resolve functional requirements of user accounts. ACLC collaborates with on-site supervisors and managers to ensure quality service and Information Technology support during the worksite’s current minimal manning.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

As a subcontractor, ACLC provides administrative and security services for the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. Our specialized staff meet specific administrative and security needs, managing clerical duties, distributing Common Access Cards (CAC), and overseeing personnel access. ACLC currently supports our prime on four task orders. These task orders span administrative support services, administrative support for contracts competency, administrative support for mail and messaging services, and risk prevention/safety advisory services and security support.
